The Listener

I am paid to listen to people when the people they wish were listening to them are too busy. No one has time to listen to their families, so they pay me to listen intently and take notes that they can review later. CEO’s, stockbrokers, lawyers, Hugh Heffner - all prestigious clients in need of my assistance. Playboy Bunnies want validation too. I feel bad for Mrs. Smith, she just wants a date night once a week. God, these people are annoying. More coffee. Yes Maria, Karen is a bitch for not letting you borrow her stapler at the office. No, I will not write that down.
