Energy

We're learning about the law of conservation that says energy cannot be created or destroyed. But for me, your energy has been destroyed -- or has it just been transferred to another person like the law stated? I could ask you this while you tap your foot next to me which is all I am focusing on. I know I need to hear the answer, but I don't want to because I know I'll lose all of my energy. That's something I will have to accept along with the grade of the test that is sitting in front of me.
