Trapped

He used to be so free spirited, but now he was a different man. He had been on house arrest for two and a half months. He hadn’t seen his son or daughter since the harsh divorce. The only company he had was his caged rabbit that he fed every other day. Occasionally, he would get a visitor, but it was just the police officer checking on his whereabouts. His frustration built up inside of him and it could not escape. He felt locked up, and he knew the only way out was to say goodbye, to the world.
