More Physics Means More Math

The clock slowly ticks by as my physics teacher drags on about how to find the mass of a chair with a force of 20N and an acceleration of 5m/s. As he writes down the equation of F=ma the board fills with the many different colors of the chalk. The problem seems simple but the only part I am able to lock my eyes on is the big red F right at the front of the equation. The big red F that is supposed to stand for force today stood for failure. More specifically the failure of my math test that I just got back the period before. As the red F sits on the board like it did on my scantron, I wonder how I am going to understand physics when I can't even understand math and well physics is just another form of math.
